The tip/tilt mount for the PSM is designed to give additional flexibility and adjustment for a means of mounting and use of the PSM.
Description
When used along with the Right Angle Adapter (RAA), the tip/tilt mount provides angular adjustment when the PSM is used as an autocollimator by removing the objective. The tip/tilt mount also makes it easy to attach the PSM to the ram of a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) when using the PSM to align optics that are spread out in space such as in a spectrometer.
